Unlike other scan tools which have a maximum 3 minute record time, the Scan Tool software allows the user to record unlimited data. So you can record as long as it takes to get the data you need. You can make and save as many recordings as you like. You are only limited by the size of your hard disk drive. Play saved recordings back in real-time, frame-by-frame, or a multiple of real-time. Even if you are not in record mode, when ever you are scanning a vehicle the scan tool keeps a buffer of the last 600 frames of vehicle data. If you see something you want to save while scanning, you can easily save this buffer.
