JOTTO DESK Jotto Desks are built for in-vehicle use primarily to provide a secure mount for notebook computers or serve as a desk for a mobile office. They are available in two designs:
Where a computer is used, there are two methods of holding it in place on the Jotto Desk. One method uses a series of mating velcro straps attached to the underside of the computer and to the desk while the other consists of two nylon coated steel cables that clamp the computer to the desk. A Jotto Desk mounts quickly, detaches easily from its base and is fully adjustable for height, reach, tilt and swivel. It saves time and is a great way to keep a mobile office organized.
The No Holes Mount, Model 5205/5217, secured by velcro straps and Model 5315-ACD secured by cables create truly unique and ergonomic computer mounts for the vehicle. These models will mount on all vehicles with flat, top bolting passenger seat rails that are 12" to 17" apart. On request, No Holes Mounts can be provided for vehicles with angled seat rails. The Stud Mount, Model 5167, secured by velcro straps and Model 5167-ACD secured by cables also provide a unique ergonomic mount for mobile professionals to secure and comfortable use a notebook computer in a vehicle. These models can be installed on flat, angled and vertical surfaces and can be removed in seconds. If the desk will be used in more than one vehicle, an extra universal mounting base can be purchased separately. For vehicles that see a lot of off-road use, the RV Brace Kit accessory should be considered. Stud Mount Models 5167-14 and 5167-14ACD use a longer (14") vertical support allowing the desk to clear obstacles in some vehicles. This desk is used in 1999 - 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokees and similar vehicles. The Stud Mount Model 5180 with velcro straps and the Model 5180-ACD secured by cables are designed for RVs, Vans, Trucks and other vehicles with flat floorboards that need a stud mount desk with an overall height of between 25" and 30.5".
