The MTR101 thermometer is wireless. Simply place the included Cable Free™ sensor indoors or outdoors and it will transmit temperature data back to the main thermometer unit using radio waves. With the touch of a button, you can check both the indoor and outdoor temperature. It comes with one remote temperature sensor and you can expand your system with additional Oregon Scientific sensors and monitor up to three remote locations, for example, the baby's room, the garage or the hot tub.
